Surf:

• Updated ckSurf timer to newer release. (Adds WRCP and WRCP points, adds quite a few exploit fixes, and much more functionality to the timer)
• Added store plugin. Earn points while playing on the server and other servers to purchase items.

• Updated servers page to be a little bit more informative and easier on the eyes.
• Added Shop! Purchase VIP for all of our servers. Visit the store to view VIP package details.
• Added stats pages for ckSurf. (I promise I'll fix the way it displays stage records, suggest things on the forums)
