Do you have a mic? If so, were you to be accepted, you might have to use it more as it is more effective to moderate a server using a mic.

Application denied. Although I love ya whemsy, I gotta see some more activity from you on the server. I also need to see you use your mic more often, as I can't even remember the last time you've spoken in game
Mics and communication between authority and members is a must but whemsy is super mature and definitely mod material. Just work on what Plat mentioned and re-apply sometime in the future.
