-1 gunner has shown some improvement since I first met him on the servers BUT he is far far far away from being staff. He lacks maturity and responsibility and is still very toxic most of the time I see him on the server. I cannot see him being part of the staff yet but if you keep improving in the future I might be able to see you responsible and mature enough...

I have also experienced this with Gunner when playing with different names (Incognito ) You are not ready for a staff position which is fine because we don't plan on going away anytime soon so please apply later like Deagle said. But, I want you to apply when you feel that you have changed. We will know if you have or not but truly if you want a staff position you have to be staff material even if you're the only staff online. I trust my staff to the ends of this earth with their decisions which is why we keep such a tight group and we really take pride in our job and community. Staff isn't about having power, its about making this community better for all. This is why we do not and will never discriminate against any culture, ethnicity, or race etc. With all that said we do also forgive because we all have changed for the better by growing up and learning from our mistakes. I have confidence in the thought of you changing for the better my friend and Ill be the first person to accept you once you're ready.
